For converter Apps (such as Convertly), we strive to ensure conversion accuracy, but results should be verified for critical use cases. We are not liable for any decisions made based on conversion results.

Our Apps are generally free and supported by advertisements. By using our free Apps, you consent to the display of ads within the App.

App Store Rules

You agree to comply with all applicable third-party terms of agreement when using our Apps (e.g., Google Play Store terms). These Terms are between you and AJAY Dev Studio, not with the app store from which you downloaded the App.

AJAY Dev Studio owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all associated intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, modify, or prepare derivative works of our Apps or Website without our explicit written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AJAY Dev Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.

Our total liability for all claims related to the Services shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid to AJAY Dev Studio in the last 12 months.
